    Launched in 2023, The Cheese Art rapidly built a strong following in Islamabad for its indulgent burgers (Chicken Monster, Zinger Deluxe), loaded fries, pasta, crispy chicken, and signature Bihari rolls. By late 2024 the outlet was handling 250–400 orders daily, with significant home-delivery demand across F-11, F-10, D-12, E-11, G-10, and G-11.

    However, growth exposed serious operational limitations:

    • Manual billing and cash register bottlenecks during rush hours
    • Spreadsheet-based inventory leading to frequent stock-outs of high-demand items (premium patties, cheeses, sauces)
    • Order taking via phone/WhatsApp causing miscommunications and delays
    • No centralized customer database or automated re-engagement strategy
    • Missed revenue from online channels and repeat-customer incentives

    In February 2025, after shortlisting several vendors, The Cheese Art selected BG Digit due to their local expertise in restaurant tech, proven SaaS delivery capability, and ability to deliver a fully branded, integrated solution within budget and timeline. The project kicked off in March 2025.

    • Discovery & Requirement Finalization (Mar 2025) On-site process mapping, peak-hour shadowing, menu & recipe analysis, delivery zone mapping.
    • UI/UX & Branding (Apr 2025) CheeseArt-themed design system: warm orange-yellow palette, dripping-cheese icons, appetizing food photography integration. Prototypes created for POS touchscreen, kitchen display, customer app, and admin dashboard.

      • POS + Inventory Module React-based responsive POS interface, real-time sync with kitchen printers/KDS, barcode & weight-scale support, automated recipe BOM deduction, intelligent reorder suggestions, wastage logging.
      • Food Ordering App React Native cross-platform app with offline menu caching, live order status, in-app chat support, saved addresses, favorite items, and wallet top-up.
      • Marketing Automation Engine Customer 360° profile, RFM segmentation, automated drip campaigns, promo-code engine, push/SMS/WhatsApp triggers (order placed, delivered, birthday, win-back), abandoned cart recovery, review request automation.
      • Backend & Infrastructure Node.js + Express, MongoDB, Redis for caching, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), WebSocket for real-time updates, secure JWT authentication, PCI-DSS compliant payment flows.
    • Testing & Pilot (Oct 2025) Load testing (500 concurrent orders), security audit, two-week live pilot processing ~2,800 real orders.
    • Go-Live & Training (Nov 2025) Official launch: November 2, 2025. Full staff training (front-of-house, kitchen, delivery, management), data migration from legacy records, and 90-day hyper-care support.
